See You Soon❤️ ⚠️ BOOKING & DEPOSITS ⚠️ • All services will require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT between $25-$100 depending on your service of choice. In order for your appointment to be confirmed the deposit must be made through GlossGenius or via Cash App ($locdromance) • The deposit will go towards your service and will secure your appointment slot. Once your deposit is received you will receive a confirmation message. • If your deposit isn’t received your appointment will be CANCELED. ⚠️ LATE FEES, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & SCHEDULING ⚠️ • YOUR APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE, if not you will be considered LAST MINUTE. •If you need a last minute appointment you will have to speak to me directly to see if the appointment is available and there will be a last minute fee of $25. •A nonrefundable late fee of $15 will be imposed for clients arriving more then 10 minutes late. Your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled based on tardiness to accommodate other clients. * APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CANCELED AFTER 15 MINUTES * •FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPOINTMENT BEING CANCELED! • AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS is an additional $30 fee. • I am off doing the weekdays. However, if you need a weekday appointment you can book an EMERGENCY/VIP appointment. There is an extra fee of $50. • SAME DAY CANCELLATION FEES ARE 50% OF YOUR SERVICE. • NO CALL NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE AND YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BOOKING. • ALL PAYMENTS OF ANY KIND IS NONREFUNDABLE UNLESS LOC.DROMANCE IS AT FAULT! •ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR HAIR NOT MENTIONED WITHIN A 48 HOUR WINDOW WILL RESULT IN A FEE FOR US TO FIX ANY ISSUES. UNLESS THE ISSUE IS 100% FROM US. ⚠️ LOC.DROMANCE SHOP POLICY ⚠️ • PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE A COUGH, RUNNY NOSE OR ANY COLD SYMPTOMS. If your appointment is already booked please contact me to move your appointment to another day! • NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED UNLESS THEY ARE BEING SERVICED. • TIMES ARE ESTIMATES! The duration of your service can be shorter or longer please be patient with me. • SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS the duration of your service will vary because you are being squeezed between two clients! • Third party are acceptable but requires a $3 transaction fee.
